Host Hotel Information

  • Host Hotel will be Best Western Cityplace Inn, 4150 North Central Expressway, Dallas, Texas, a member of the Best Western International family, one and a half miles (2.5 km) from the historic Oak Lawn district.

  • The contracted room rate is 94.99 USD per night, plus 13% hotel tax.

 

  • Call the Hotel at 1-214-827-6080 between August 13th, 2017 and October 5th, 2017 to reserve your room. Tell the management you are with the "T. K. L. Group" and that you want their special room rate. Reservations made after October 5th, 2017 cannot be guaranteed at the special room rate. WARNING! The Host Hotel is now out of all double-bed rooms and will soon run out of king-bed rooms. BOOK NOW! You snooze, you lose.

  • Availability of smoking and non-smoking rooms will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early!

  • The Alternate Hotel is the Warwick Melrose, 3015 Oak Lawn Avenue, Dallas, Texas, a member of the Warwick Hotels family, located right in the heart of Oak Lawn. The cost is typically around 199.00 USD per night; but the sooner you book, the lower the price. There will be no contract made with the Warwick, so you're on your own if you want to stay there. Call the Hotel at 1-214-521-5151 to reserve your room.

  • The Warwick does offer courtesy rides to the Best Western, so don't worry about getting to TickleFest events if you choose to stay there.
