• You will not hold responsible the event organizers, the Host Hotel and/or its staff, the Host Hotel guests, or any commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event for any loss or injury to either your property or your person while participating in this event.

 

• You will assume full financial responsibility for any damage you may cause to the property of any commercial establishment used in conjunction with this event while participating in this event.

 

• You will not use any non-prescription drugs or controlled substances while participating in this event.

 

• No alcohol will be served. You are free to bring your own, providing you are of legal age (21) in the State of Texas.

 

• You will not post information regarding this event, details, photographs, videos, or personal data of attendees to blogs, social networking sites, social media apps, or web sites without first obtaining prior consent of the event organizers and of the attendees in question.

 

• You will not share details of activities of this event with Hotel staff or other guests of the Host Hotel who are non-attendees of this event.

 

• No photography or videography of the event may be undertaken, sold, broadcasted, or otherwise distributed without prior consent of the event organizers and the subjects of those photographs or videos.
